We are pleased to announce that Dave Basham, Management & Program Analyst for the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS), Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will present two webinars highlighted below for our LinkedIn Group, I-9/E-Verify: Smart Solutions for Employers. Dave has been with DHS since 2008 as a Form I-9/E-Verify SME speaker who conducts briefings and trainings on Form I-9 and E-Verify compliance. He serves as a USCIS point of contact for Immigration and Customs Enforcement ( ICE ), Homeland Security Investigation's ( HSI ), ICE IMAGE Agents in regards to the Form I-9 and E-Verify. |
Dave has spoken in over 38 states and territories and conducted over 500 Form I-9/E-Verify presentations to elected officials, immigration attorneys, compliance personnel, HR and payroll professionals. He works closely with a host of associations, at the national, state and chapter levels, that include Society of HR Management (SHRM) and the American Payroll Association (APA). In 2016, the APA honored him with their annual Government Partner Award. In 2014, he was the recipient of Arkansas SHRM's 'Friend of HR' award.
